You can easily get lost in the fantasy world that the artists have created or imagined. The fantasy landscape illustrations must have taken a lot of imaginative power to create such compelling and effective landscape illustrations.

The illustrations are so different from each other, each depicting a totally different landscape with a different mood. They are also set in different time era. Some are set in a futuristic world with modern depiction of buildings set among peculiar set of hills as the backdrop. Some illustrations depict the by gone era with castles standing on top of mountains with thunderous clouds covering them. Some landscapes are a total fiction of the imagination.

When all things are put together in the illustration, it is amazing how a totally different and very often an alien world comes alive. I also particularly like the effect colors have in setting the mode of the fantasy landscape illustrations.
